Flooring Coverings: We have been retained (sell-side) by a designer, importer and distributor of floor coverings and related household accessories to manage the divestment of a majority interest in the company. The firm generates approximately $65 Million in annual sales volume.

Pet Products: Retained on a buy-side agreement to identify appropriate and interesting opportunities within the per products sector. Product categories include (but are not limited to) pet foods, toys, health products, veterinary services, insurance products, etc.

Custom Bags and Accessories: SES was retained by a private equity sponsor to identify suitable add-on acquisitions in the custom bag and accessory space. Examples include (but are not limited to) cell phone cases, eyeglass cases, promotional marketing products, tote bags, fashion bags or accessories, back packs, gym bags or other unique storage solutions. The common theme for all products is "cut and sew".

Dental Products: SES is working in conjunction with a business investment firm to identify a platform investment within the dental distribution market.

Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management: Sun Equity Solutions has been retained by private equity group to assist them in making an additional investment in the billing and collections market for healthcare services companies.

Children Bags and Accessories: We have been retained to identify opportunities in the accessories industry with specific emphasis on licensee products.

Children's Franchisor: Operating on behalf of the buyer, Sun Equity Solutions, was contracted by a leading children's franchisor to assist them in making an additional investment into the children/educational themed franchise systems.
